With a BFA from O’More College of Architecture & Design at Belmont University, Nancy founded FPI in 1995 after completing her MBA at Belmont. She has worked exclusively in commercial design and construction with an emphasis in corporate, educational and institutional spaces. Nancy is a mentor to small entrepreneurs through EO Nashville and the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, and serves on Boards at Belmont University and Scouting in Tennessee.

Russ Alford retired as General Manager from Turner Construction Company after 35 years of service.
During his career, he has been involved with retail, office, education, aviation and healthcare market segments, and has led more than $2 billion in design and construction projects across the US.

Dorothy has spent more than 30 years as a dedicated business development leader, building relationships with contractors, architects, engineers and program managers. Her goal is to fully understand the scope of the projects she pursues. Dorothy is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a BS in English, and a member of Women in HealthCare, ULI Nashville.

Ashley Howell

Ashley Howell is a designer in the Nashville, TN area with 5+ years of experience in commercial, higher ED, and K-12 furniture. She attended school at Harding University in Searcy, AR, a CIDA accredited program.
Ashley provides creative and client focused design solutions for many customers in Nashville, and out of state. She enjoys the entire process from the initial interest in commercial furniture to finding the right selections and seeing the project come to fruition.
Kellie Worstell

Kellie has more than 14 years of experience in education, healthcare and corporate markets. Through her experience providing clients with successful implementation, she has a strong understanding of furniture solutions to meet all specifications. As an NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer and Registered Interior Designer with the State of Tennessee, Kellie effectively communicates with clients and team members to ensure product is specified to meet all expectations.

Factory Installation Services was established in 2004 by Bob, who has more than 30 years of expertise leading crews in the execution of large scale, high profile contract furniture and architectural glass wall projects to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Bill Hoskins
Consultant, Architectural Wall Specialist
Bill Hoskins has more than 35 years of experience in the commercial furniture industry. His expertise covers corporate moves, furniture system relocations, move planning and consulting, as well as office and system furniture sales.
The company he started in 1989, Commercial Furniture Services, was acquired by Facility Planners Inc. in 2001, allowing FPI to provide the following comprehensive services: design, installation, product storage and maintenance. Bill’s client list includes Waller, Take Care Health, DaVita, Franklin American Mortgage and Jack Henry.

Dawn has 30+ years of experience in purchasing and project management in the higher ed and corporate markets. She is currently in a somewhat new role, learning all aspects of accounting and finance. Her experience and organizational skills are imperative for her position.
She attended MTSU for business, and her first job after college was with a Nashville dealer, where she gained her purchasing skills and contract administration knowledge.

A Nashville native, Jamie is the Showroom Administrator for FPI Furniture. With a degree from Murray State University, she brings a wealth of administrative and accounting experience to her role. Her commitment to service excellence ensures that every aspect of the showroom runs seamlessly, benefiting both clients and colleagues.
